Good friend and talented artists, Adam Cruces has included a group of various artists including myself in his new project.

In this project Adam asks the artists to take a picture with his camera. The diversity of the results are fantastic and I look forward to watching the project grow.

Yesterday I picked up a total of 22 rolls of various processed film from the trip to New York. I have my work cut out for me.

ROAD TRIP PHOTOS

BACK TO THE NORM

Alright, after almost 2 weeks on the road, I am finally back in Austin. 

I spent Thanksgiving eve around a campfire with a few of the Porch Party kids, drinking whiskey and talking about what we’re thankful for. It was a blast. I left the next morning to south Texas to spend the day with my family. The following day we left to Nashville for the photo show. We were shown nothing but the utmost hospitality from new friends. We got to check out a few local bars, the hermitage cafe, and KNI studio. I want to go back as soon as I can and spend more time. Thanks Greg, for letting us stay in your place. Topp, words can’t explain. Daniel, really great guy.

We left the next morning to Asheville NC after scarfing down smokey mountain pancakes at the famous Pancake Pantry. Asheville was beautiful and we met some interesting characters, to say the least. My scarf was kind of stolen. Long story.

Next, Richmond Virgina. Boring. Cold.

Washington DC. It was like walking through an American history Text book. Glad to have that city under my belt. Finally.

Baltimore. Awesome. Aria is a good dude. Almost lost my computer. Amazing hot chocolate. Kinda ghetto. 

New York. Everything rolled into one.
